1tub of chocolate frosting
3packages of Wilton 12 oz Pink Candy Melts
24cupcake liners
Wilton Red Sparkle Gel
3 4ct Brain Molds
Instructions
Line two 12 count cupcake tins with cupcake liners.
Combine the cake mix ingredients according to package and bake according to package directions.
While the cupcakes are baking, begin making the candy brain. Pour 1 package of the Wilton pink candy melts into a microwave safe dish. Heat the microwave in 30 second increments, stirring occasionally until melted. Once melted fill each silicone brain mold about 3/4 full - one package of melted candy melts will make approximately (6) brains. Place the Silicone brain molds on a baking sheet and place in the fridge to set about 30 minutes. Repeat this process with the candy melts and brain molds. You may need to let the candies set, pop up and repeat the process until you get 24 candy brains.
Once the candy is set, you will be able to pop the candy brains out.
Once the cupcakes have cooled completely, generously frost each cupcake with chocolate frosting.
Place a candy brain on top of each frosted cupcake.
Squeeze the Wilton Sparkle Gel Over the top of the candy brains.
