Candy and costumes may be the first fun things that come to mind when you think of Halloween. But they don’t have to be the only ones with these entertaining Halloween STEM Challenges. There’s a month’s worth of science, technology, engineering, art and math activities in these free printable cards, most that only need basic supplies you already have on hand.
31 Days of Halloween STEAM Challenges
Play and learn this Halloween with these Halloween STEAM Challenge cards. STEM plus Art made spooky, sweet, ghostly and fun! Inside you’ll find fun invitations to create like design a flying ghost or a make a batch of slimy pumpkin oobleck.
Here are some of my daughter’s favorites…
Make a Halloween Candy Graph: To make a candy graph, sort and count your candy by type. Make a line for each type of candy on a piece of graph paper and fill in a square for each piece you have of that kind. Slight warning, though. You might need another line for pieces of candy eaten on this one ;)
Or try building some pipe cleaner spider webs!
Or maybe make a foaming witch’s potion!!
