Happy Thursday everyone!  It’s the Love to Learn Linky #6 today and we were so lucky to have a ton of creative posts this week.  My little engineer heart (and brain!) were loving all the science and math activities, so here is my collection of STEM for Preschoolers for you this week.  In case you haven’t heard of STEM, it’s the abbreviation for Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math.
10+ STEM Activities for Preschoolers
Let’s kick it off with a few projects from Left Brain Craft Brain…
Do your kiddos like to use their hands?  Little architects and engineers can find inspiration in many places, like this Portable Tinkering Kit or an Invitation to Build Elsa’s Ice Palace. Here’s a simple Christmas Themed Tinkering Tray full of things you can snag from the Dollar Store. Don’t hesitate to create tinkering trays that are themed.
Learn about Viscosity together with this simple experiment. Kids love playing with anything that glows so try these 20+ different ways to play and learn in the dark.
Or maybe they like to play with their food?  They can learn the Biology of Bread or Practice the Scientific Method with Apples. You can also make these great layers of the Earth pudding cup. Kids love a good pudding snack and they can learn at the same time.
Thanks to everyone who shared in the Love to Learn Linky last week! Â Here are a few to check out.
